What you will learn
Rigorous fitness and yoga training as it directly applies to sport and anatomy. Engaging with and connecting yoga and your teaching to a fitness minded market.Becoming a dynamic confident and desirable group fitness leader and motivator. Each day hosts a sporting challenge. You will feel with your own body the demands placed on the body by typical sports. You will learn both an upper body and lower body specific Broga® fitness yoga syllabus. We then workshop, practice and feel the demands placed on other athletes and the benefits specific yoga movements have in aiding flexibility, longevity and increasing performance.
We have two options to become a fully licensed Broga® teacher.
A one year license that allows you to teach where and when you like with our hands on support helping you plan events and be amazing. It includes all quarterly class updates in that year and access to exclusive marketing and launch materials.
Post the first year, students pay a yearly fee of 200£ /or 50£ per quarter/ for continued access to quarterly class, music updates and new marketing materials.
Under this program, we offer teachers at your club training at any of our 2 Day Broga Bootcamps. Plus the security that with a current licence you will never pay to refill those positions with any new trainers that come on board as a result of staff changes/turnover.
Providers get quarterly updates for one annual fee at significant discount from the “individual” rate depending on the number of staff – plus complimentary marketing material support.
Teachers under this format are then licensed to teach only at the nominating facility as the venue, not the instructor, holds the licence. If you have 9+ students at your venue the savings per instructor are even greater and we can arrange a bespoke training at your location.
Starting his athletic career as an American football star, then moving on become a NABA professional super heavyweight bodybuilding champion in the US and UK, Matt suffered a double hip replacement from years of aggressive physical wear.
When he was asked to be the first male ambassador for lululemon in Europe, he was very surprised, but quickly discovered the incredible value of yoga in sport and set out to become a licensed teacher.
Matt then created a brand of yoga that would inspire a new generation of men and athletically minded women to the mat.
After finishing competitive rugby, Dyl has turned to nutrition, personal training and competing in Power Lifting & CrossFit.
With a continued love for anatomy and movement, he gained multiple qualifications in yoga and animal flow.
Dyl has represented his country at the European Cup and World Championships of Yoga Sports.

EWOUT VAN VEEN
After 7 years career in Royal Military Police Ewout stepped over to the world of sports as a fitness instructor and a personal trainer.
In 2016 he was introduced to Broga for the first time. Ewout always had an idea that yoga is not his thing but after the first Broga workout he realised that his body is not as balanced as he thought it was.
Now after several years of intense Broga practices Ewout highly recommends it to everybody. Thanks to Broga he noticed impressive changes in his body: better posture, stronger core and improved agility.
As a personal trainer Ewout implements lots of Broga exercises and poses into his workouts to give people optimal results.
“I would say that if you want to get the most out of your favourite sport – combine it with Broga!”
After competing in MMA, Olympic Freestyle Wrestling and running a few Ultra Marathons Ben found himself on the yoga matt.
Ben has since trained in Aerial and Vinyasa Flow Yoga and teaches weekly classes across London. Ben also teaches workshops worldwide in yoga handbalacing.
His questioning and analytical personality makes his teaching unorthodox, yet scientific, progressive and inclusive.
Outside of teaching Ben trains daily in movement -especially yoga, calisthenics and boxing.
“Practicing Broga means being part of a brotherhood and fixing your body. When you fix your body you’ll fix your mind”
